I called them at 10:30 tonight in an emergency lost car key situation. Chris was there at my location no later than 11:00 pm. Very prompt, professional and pleasant attitude. I would definitely recommend his service to anybody and everybody who needs anything to do with keys!

My experience with Pocono locksmith was excellent, he came bright and early and kept in touch with me about when he was coming. He was very busy but he is one of a kind in the area. He made a brand new key for my car and I didn’t even have the key for him to copy, almost like a magician. Highly recommend.

I called today at 3 because I locked my keys in my car, I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes. A technician called and said he would be there within a half hour. Waited and nothing so he called an hour later and said he would be 20 minutes. I ended up waiting another 40 minutes so I basically waited about 2 hours. I’m only giving 2 stars because the technician was great however it ended up being $140 for him to hold the window open and open the door handle from the inside. I understand prices vary but I waited 2 hours and I was right in town in stroudsburg so I wasn’t far out. I did see another review similar to my experience so I should’ve took that into consideration before calling

Chris was on time, courteous, and professional. He got the job done right away. I highly commend him and his company to anyone in need of a locksmith here in the Poconos. Not to mention Dawn who responded to my email right away with my car issue. Will definitely use them again in the future. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For sure!!

They offered kindness in their knowledge. A service that is hard to find in a modern world. I was staying in the Poconos at a place that was not mine. The lock malfunctioned and wouldn’t open even when unlocked, leaving my 5 year old stuck in the bathroom. I exhausted all my options and was not really wanting to break down a door, especially at a rental, unless absolutely necessary. Their knowledge and advice saved me and led to a grateful, although, content 5 year old. God bless your business!
